The Old Fourth Ward Neighborhood Association (O4WNA) is dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive and engaged community. We strive to enhance the quality of life for all residents and businesses through advocacy, collaboration, and the promotion of joyous development. We want to preserve the rich history and cultural heritage of the Old Fourth Ward, while supporting initiatives that ensure a safe, clean, and connected neighborhood for current and future generations.
